The War Meter has gone up due to some initial slow down by the MQ Team so they could have more time for the rewards. It's been pretty good so far and I think the rewards, especially the NG one, is really worth it. Here are the specials(NG specials in parentheses): NSC FA: - Starts at 1.1(1.3)x damage, increasing damage with each successful hit. - Bonus 15(30)% damage against Leprechauns. - Gives 10(30)% credits reward at the end with each successful hit[it stacks, don't know if it's a bug. Some dude on the forums earned 15k credits on one battle because of this.] - (+77 BtH for the attack) NSC Head: - Gives damage increase of 8% per turn for 5 turns. - Gives accuracy increase of 8% per turn for 5 turns. - Gives defence increase of 5% per turn for 5 turns. - Chance for a HP/EP damage-over-time.
